2/16/2023 1:12:28 PM PC MATIC says my device is not available, but i have surface pro 4 with windows 10. it is ruunning initial scan. it says "protected" but will not for sure until after scan. If pc matic ends up saying my device is not protected, then will have no choice but ask for refund of my $50 year subscription. I will contact support if this happens.
